Dr. Tull's "Fountain of Youth Trifecta"

Dr. Tull's "Fountain of Youth Trifecta"

What is Dr. Tull's "Fountain of Youth Trifecta"?  (A.K.A.How to look twenty years younger than your actual age.)

  1. Wear a mineral based sunscreen every day, rain or shine, spring, summer, fall, and winter. UV rays that may not cause sunburns can still contribute to aging and can penetrate through clouds, windshields, and windows.
  2. Use a nightly retinol. Think of this as daily "exercise" for your skin that will always keep it younger and healthier. Retinols work by causing skin cells to turn over at a faster pace, maintaining a younger, healthier population of cells at all times. Younger cells are less prone to inflammation and acne, cellular damage that can lead to skin cancer, and wrinkles.
  3. Consider using injectable neurotoxin such as Botox at the first sign of wrinkles that appear with movement from expression. When the muscles that cause wrinkles are softened, forehead lines, frown lines, and crows feet cannot form and will fade away.
