Tull MD Return & Refund Policy

At Tull MD, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our medical-grade skincare and sunscreens. Due to the nature of these personal care products, all sales are considered final. This approach ensures that every client receives fresh, authentic products that have been handled according to strict quality protocols.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt at care@tullmd.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (required for verification)
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue store credit if a replacement is not available
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
However, please note that personal care items that have been opened, unsealed, or used are not eligible for return under EU hygiene and safety regulations.
All items must be in unopened, unused, original condition with proof of purchase.
